Shipping policy
All orders made on our website include insurance if the order is lost or gets damaged, contact us within 7 business days and we will provide a free replacement immediately.
You will receive several updates on your order, letting you know when it has been confirmed and shipped.
Orders in some cases may be split into different packages for these to be delivered as soon as possible.
Delivery times, on average, range from 3 to 5 business days but sometimes might take up to 10 business days due to weather, customs, and volume of the orders. If there will be delays on your order, you will be notified through email.
Please ensure the delivery information is correct, if you made a mistake contact us as soon as possible or your order will be processed and shipped to the incorrect address and insurance won't cover this order.
Local customs office might request additional documents or fees that will need to be paid on your side.
